The Highland Cattle Centre is situated on a 59 acre working farm, run by Linda Whiteley. I've taken over the farm from Richard and Marianne Halford. I hope to continue with all the good work they have done at the farm in the past.
I have 13 Highland Cattle of various ages and hope to build up my fold and produce future stars of the Centre! As well as the cattle I have sheep, goats, llama, alpaca, shetland ponies various ducks, gees and hens.
The farm’s Highland Cattle are quiet, friendly animals & they like nothing better than having their hair combed! The centre has won Best of Breed at the Northumberland County Show, the fold’s first born, Kate, which I have retained, was Supreme Breed Champion at the Great Yorkshire Show under the ownership of the Halfords.
